SANWO-OLU SWEARS IN 57 COUNCIL CHAIRMEN & VICE CHAIRMEN — A NEW ERA BEGINS IN ETI-OSA!

It’s official! 
Omoba Adeola Alimot Adetoro has been sworn in today as the Executive Chairman of Eti-Osa Local Government, alongside her Vice Chairman, Hon. Idowu Badru, by the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu.

The swearing-in, held at the Lagos House Sports Ground, Ikeja, was conducted by the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs, and Rural Development, as part of the inauguration of all 57 newly elected Chairmen and Vice Chairmen across Lagos State.

Governor Sanwo-Olu emphasized that the new era of local government autonomy must be matched with accountability, transparency, and people-focused leadership.
 “The people have placed in your hands not just votes, but their dreams,” he declared.
 “Governance must be inclusive, equitable, and people-centred.”

As Eti-Osa embraces this new chapter, residents can look forward to:

*Safer communities
*Youth & women empowerment
*Environmental care
*Modernized markets
